Cash/Outright Gifts

Any immediate gift using a personal check, cash or credit card. You may choose to make the gift unrestricted or designated to a particular program or service.

Print & Mail Donation Form

Annual Gifts

Any cash gift to help sustain ongoing programs and operations. With the cost of patient care, services, and technology rising each year, NCH increasingly depends on annual gifts. You may choose to make the gift unrestricted or you may direct it to an area that is especially meaningful to you or your loved ones.

Stock/Real Estate Gifts

Any transfer of stocks, bonds or real estate to NCH. This type of donation may provide significant tax advantages to the donor.

Capital Gifts

Allows your gift to support needs such as construction of rooms, or buildings, major unit renovation, and new equipment to ensure that all facilities are both efficient and comfortable for patients and medical staff. Periodically, major capital campaigns are planned to meet global changes and needs – bringing NCH to a new level of growth. Capital donations frequently provide opportunities for name recognition of a family or individual that has made the support of NCH a part of the tradition. Memorial and Tribute Gifts

An act of generosity and kindness combined, a memorial or tribute gift honors someone special:

• Honor a loved one or friend.
• Commemorate a holiday or life event.
• Express gratitude to a special doctor, nurse or other medical center staff member.

You may make a tribute gift through our donation form and designate your gift to honor a loved one or your favorite physician.

Giving Society

Our Giving Society, Mt Burdell, includes donors who have given $10,000 or more. In addition to being entitled to permanent Donor Recognition Wall plaques, they have the opportunity to name (for themselves, their families, their businesses, or a person or persons of their choice) a room or other functional space within the new hospital. A plaque naming the room is placed inside or adjacent to the entrance to the space named by the donor.
