Who's Responsible

All members of the Sutter Marin Board of Directors care about the health of our community. Most are volunteers and longtime residents of Marin County.

We make the policy decisions about patient care, finances and future plans. We have the professional background to grapple with the many challenges facing healthcare - expertise in medicine, finance, law, fundraising communications, engineering and personnel management.

We are affiliated with the not-for-profit Sutter Health. But, as directors, we can tell you first-hand: When it comes to deciding about patient care and operations, it is our vote that counts.
